Dr Andrea grew up in the KZN Midlands and qualified from TUKS with an MBChB in 2005. She completed  her internship at Nwelezane Hospital on the Northern KZN coast and community service at Ermelo  Hospital in Mpumulanga. 

Post community service she went on to do almost 18 months of anaesthetics as a medical officer at King  Edward Hospital and IALCH in Durban and qualified with a Diploma in Anaesthetics and then 6 months in Paediatrics at Baragwanath Hospital with a Diploma in Child Health.  

Dr Andrea strives to go the extra mile in treating her patients and is a thorough and caring clinician.  

Dr. Andrea provides a wide range of services from routine GP care of acute and chronic conditions, to  comprehensive medical examinations and pre-op medicals including ECG’s, lung function testing, urine  testing; gynaecological examinations and Pap smears. She performs excision of small lumps and bumps.  

Her special interests are paediatrics – little people always brighten her day and make her smile; and  pulmonology. She spends a fair amount of time in theatre assisting a variety of surgeons.
